We have been on the boat a little more than a month at this point. It is very different than living in a house, but I love it. in fact….
I keep finding ways that life on the boat is different than life in a house. In a house, you do not put stickers in your bathroom telling people how to flush the toilet…. In a house, you do not put a sign on the wall telling people what not to flush down the toilet…. On a boat, the cats can still find places to hide where it takes you 30 minutes to locate them… The best difference: your house can’t rock you to sleep every night, well unless it’s a tree house.
And yes, I know that on a boat we do not call it a bathroom, it is called the Head. But the 13-year-old inside my head just giggles every time I call it that, plus the uninitiated might not know that term.
