This is the Claude Debussy’s Arabesque No. 1. Andantino con moto which is in the key of E. My interpretation is represented by 10 tracks of electronic instruments and effects. I hope you enjoy it.

As a young man, I was really inspired by Isao Tomita and his seminal work “Snowflakes are Dancing”. Jack Horkheimer, director of the Miami Planetarium, used Tomita’s rendition as the opener/closer to his Star Hustler program which was later renamed to Star Gazer. As I was never a good sleeper, I used to stay up late and watch TV and this show would always close the PBS broadcast day. I fell in love with Tomita’s version of the Arabesque, and later purchased all of his albums. He served as a profound influence in my synthesizer programming and music education, and I did this rendition in his honor.
