The second movement of Suite Bergamask is also inspired by Baroque dance and arabesque styles. The main theme is delicate and is ornamented by many embellishments, thus making it an arabesque. The piece is in the key of A minor and is in 3/4 time. A fun fact is that the melody of the piece starts in the tonic of A minor but the tonic chord does not appear until the 18th measure.

To achieve the soundscape that I wanted for the piece, I again relied on three different piano samples, the 5 meter grand, the distant grand which is heavily processed via echo and reverb, and the Fender Rhodes with Pedalboard.

What I love about this piece is the dynamics, from pp to mf and everything in between!
